Water based UV varnish combines the environmental benefits of Water based varnish with the high gloss and wear resistance of UV , and can be diluted directly with water.
For optimal results, the printing machine should be equipped with both infrared and UV drying systems.
If an infrared drying system is not available, sufficient UV lamp power must be ensured to provide adequate heat for rapid evaporation of water from the coating while achieving proper curing.
Additionally, matte finish products can be produced according to customer requirements.
